Im Jahre 1924 zunächst hergestellt von: TVT Co, Newark, U.S.A. danach hergestellt von: Schickerling Products Manufactoring Co., 313 Halsey Street, Newark. und wiederum später 1928 von: Schickerling Radio Corp. Man vermutet, das der Begriff "TVT" für Triangle Vacuum Tube steht, denn Schickerling verwendete dreieckige, mittig gelochte Bleche, meist mehrfach hintereinander aufgereiht. Durch die Löcher hindurch war der Faden gespannt. Bei der ersten Type, der TVT 11A waren 2 Bleche zur Anode zusammengefasst, das dritte Blech war das Gitter. Die nächste Type war die TVT200. Da diese Typen aber nur eine sehr schwache Funktion hatten brachte er die S100, 200 und 300 heraus. Die hatten eine zylindrische Form. Der Faden war horizontal gespannt, umgeben von einer Hülse, die als Gitter fungieren sollte. Diese war wiederum durch die Bohrungen zweier dreieckiger Anodenbleche gesteckt, die miteinander verbunden und im oberen Bereich um ca. 45° abgewinkelt waren. Die letzten bekannten Typen erschienen um 1929. Danach stellte man die Röhrenproduktion ein und baute Empfänger. It is suggested, that "TVT" ist standing for Triangle Vacuum Tube, because they where using triangle elements with punched holes in the center. All plates stacked one behind the other. Through the holes was mounted the filament. At the first type, the TVT 11A where 2 plates connected together as anode and the 3rd plate was used as grid. Next type was the TVT200. As this kind of construction had only a week function, they decveloped a new construction and created the S100, 200 and 300. The bulb was of cylindrical shape. Through the row of holes was mounted the filament, surrounded by some kind of metalic tube, the grid. This cylinder again was mounted thrugh the center holes of 2 plates, the upper part bended appart under an angle of about 45°. The last known types appeared about 1929. Thereafter the production of tubes was cancelled and they started to produce radio reveivers.
