 Svenska Radio AB (SRA wurde 1919 gegründet. Der erste Ingenieur und Anteilseigner war der Ingenieur Dr. Mauritz Vos, or Dr. Vogt, der im gleichen Jahr von Telefunken, Berlin, kam. SRA übernahm eine Lampenfabrik für Schalttafellampen in Stockholm. Die unten abgebildete Röhre RM1 wurde nur in 1921 nur eine ganz kurze Zeit für militärische Geräte gebaut. Angeblich sollen nur wenige tausend hergestellt worden sein. Es gibt sie mit "tip" und ohne und es soll sich um einen Nachbau der EVN173 handeln. Die RM2 wurde von Ende 1922 bis 1925 für den Rundfunk hergstellt. Man schätzt etwa 20.000 Stück. Auch diese Röhre wurde mit und ohne "tip" hergestellt. Da Marcononi einen Geschäftsanteil von 27% hatte wurde die RM2 Ende 1923 von der Marconi Type DE3 abgelöst. SRA ist heute die Ericson Mobile Systems AB. |
Svenska Radio AB (SRA) was founded in 1919 and the first engineeer and shareholder was a Dr Mauritz Vos whom left from Telefunken in Berlin that year.
SRA aquired a switchboard lamp factory in
Stockholm and started to make RM1 during a short period in 1921 for
military purpose and RM2 from late 1922 until 1925 for broadcast radio
pupose. Not very successful, the Marconi DE3 took over already end
of 1923. SRA was owned by Marconi to 27 % and was their
representative. SRA is now Ericsson Mobile Systems AB.
The tubes are very rare, I guess RM1 was
only made in a few thousand, but RM2 likely in 20K.
I have a couple of them, RM2 was made with
and without top tip. None of my RM1 has top tip.
Enclosed are a listing from 1924, only RM2
was made by SRA. I have no data on RM1
